  • Avoid distractions such as phone calls and excessive personal visits.

Responsibilities 

  • Take care of customer needs (always takes precedent over any other task).
  • Restock and front merchandise displays as needed 
  • Take responsibility for housekeeping duties including cleaning, sweeping, removing trash, etc.
  • Take responsibility for tasks assigned by store management and team leads.
  • Take initiative to stay busy or ask management for additional tasks.
  • Perform any tasks necessary to ensure the store’s success.
