Expectations

- Be punctual and available to work any time period and any day of the week.

- Avoid distractions such as phone calls and excessive personal visits.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the receiving, pricing, and displaying of all gift department merchandise, including back stock.
- Exemplify creativity for all department merchandise (some guidelines will be given).
- Check department email and respond accordingly.
- Report damaged merchandise to vendor and management, and handle accordingly.
- Track sales and inventory counts as needed.
- Responsible for all Promotional signage and for communicating promotions to all cashiers.
- Housekeeping of the gift department including dusting, sweeping, cleaning, organizing, etc.
- Communicate with customers & report customer requests for merchandise to management.
- Perform any tasks necessary to ensure the store’s success including assisting on the cash register.
