Expectations/Responsibilities

- Set an example of servant leadership by being prepared to assist all team members.

- Help keep the store staff focused on important tasks including putting out freight, completing projects, and working on store-specific items.
- Especially in the Store Managers’ absences, see that customers are well-served and that all of the staff is productive and completing the proper tasks efficiently and safely.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store on a regular basis.
- Confer with Store Manger on opportunities and decisions.
- Review important internal communications and store reports, and assist in the performance and execution of them.
- Assist Store Manager in the evaluation and performance of team members.
- Help protect the assets of the store through loss prevention.
- Be prepared to work additional hours when store is shorthanded and/or in need.
